With Denise Nadeau (DMIN, MDIV, BMPC)
This workshop series will provide tools to work with earth, air, fire
and water as resources for health and wellness. We will explore our
internal and external relationship with these elements, draw on spiritual
teachings about earth, air, fire and water from various traditions, learn
healing lessons from each element and consider how we can defend and protect their
sacred powers. Using movement, dance, presence skills, chi gong and ritual, we will develop a more enlivened, relaxed, and caring
relationship with our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. People of
all ages and ability levels are welcome.
What you can expect from this series:
- · Different ways of exploring an element including experiential anatomy, dance, drawing, and listening with all senses
- · Learning body skills to assist in grounding your energy and feeling the flow of energy within and with the environment outside
- · Learn a series of gentle movements from chi gong that refresh and vitalize specific organs
- · Share spiritual teachings from our traditions about earth, air , fire and water
